Ok, so I'm sure I had you when I said Notebook engagement photos.. it was unplanned, it was completely accidental and it was WET, but it was SO worth it! Let me start from the beginning.. I have been excited about this session for months! The day finally arrived, the sun was shining and we met at the Minnewaska State Park Lake overlook and kicked off our session. We eventually ventured down to the waterfall and one of 'The Courtneys' (story coming later) said something along the lines of, 'wouldn't it be cute if it rained at the end?' and the other two of us mumbled a bit of agreement, yet it was sunny, so it was not too serious. As we were walking back to our cars, a 7ish min walk, mind you, the skies opened. Really opened. We all began running. The Courtneys, both in heels, running and running as we got wet and then wetter and then just beyond soaked. So we were then speed walking as it didnt' really seem to matter at that point, we were WET. I suggested when we get to the lot, to hug and kiss and they did and BAM - accidental (and def worth it) Notebook engagement photos right off the cuff! The fact that these two were ok with it, literally says it all and they are the most unique photos on my site (IMHO) because nobody else has them!!!
