The perfect Albany City Hall elopement happened last week! It might have involved a broken heel, running barefoot through City Hall and having the most perfect elopement in spite of that! People often ask me how to get the best wedding photos. It's not expert posing, it's not discussing what you hope for your photos, it's living your day. However it unfolds. Might it rain? Grab and umbrella and get out there. Might something run late, maybe, but embrace it, could your heel break or dress zipper split? Yep. What can you do about it? Typically not much, but what you can do, is keep going and keep in mind you're still marrying your best friend, you're still surrounded by family celebrating YOU. That's what will make it perfect. Capturing all of that realness that is life. Not perfection. The weddings that are real, they always end up with better photos than the ones that aim to be perfect. <3
